Silvia Dello Russo is Associate Professor of OB, HRM and Organization in the Department of Business and Management at Luiss University, Rome, Italy. She sits in the editorial board of The International Journal of Human Resource Management and Work, Aging and Retirement.
Before joining Luiss, Silvia held the position of Associate Professor at TBS Education (Toulouse, France) and of Assistant Professor at ISCTE (Lisbon, Portugal). Throughout her career, Silvia has been visiting researcher at WU (Austria), Aston Business School (UK), Catholic University of Sacred Hearth (Italy). Her research projects have been funded by FCT – Fundação para a Ciencia e a Tecnologia (depending from the Portuguese Ministry of research) and SIOP Foundation (belonging to the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology in the US). Her current research interests revolve around HR practices for development, motivation across the lifespan and interpersonal relationships in the workplace.
