I am Associate Professor in the Department of Law and Management Studies at the University of Perugia, Italy, where I teach courses in Strategic Management, Economics and Management of Business Firms, Marketing, Management of Innovation, Operations Management.
I am also Adjunct Professor at LUISS Guido Carli where I teach a course on Markets and Strategies.
I am in the faculty board of the International Doctoral Programme in Economics and Management of the University of Trento.
I am affiliated to the Center for the Analysis of Financial and Economic Dynamics at the St. Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, to the Computable and Experimental Economics Laboratory (CEEL) and to the Interdepartmental Center for Research Training in Economics and Management at the University of Trento. My research activity focuses on the use of laboratory experiments to study problems of organizational coordination and organizational design.
I have been Visiting Research Scholar at the Department of Psychology at Princeton University, and Research Fellow at the Italian Academy for Advanced Studies in America at Columbia University
